Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead supporting staff in managing full sets of accounts
- Assist supervisor and liaise with the group’s accounting teams in preparing overall financial planning & business analysis, consolidation, budget control, cash flow management, tax reporting & operation review
- Liaise with external auditors in annual statutory audit, tax filing and company secretarial matters
- Review existing financial policies and provide suggestions in developing effective control procedures for costing and operations
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience gained from a sizable manufacturing company
- Exposure in PRC Accounting and financing experience is a must
- Excellent Japanese language skill (JLPT Level N1~N2)
- Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge in ERP system
- HKICPA member or other equivalent professional qualification is preferable
- Hands on audit and company secretarial experience are desirable
- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
