Job Description
Job duties:
- Lead a team to support daily operations and to prepare portfolio valuation and financial statements for Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), retirement funds, Cayman funds, SFC authorized funds, etc.
- Liaise with external parties for annual reviews of designated portfolios
- Prepare and design investment compliance checklist
- Monitor the compliance of daily operation based on relevant policies / guidelines
- Participate in fund go-live preparation works including review and comment of fund documents and coordinate with various teams to address clients’ needs
- Prepare operation procedures, data storage plan and regular analysis for operating costs
- Support the system implementation and system enhancement
Job requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Membership of accounting professional organization, e.g., ACCA, HKICPA
- 5 year’s relevant experience in fund industry
- Experience in Exchange Traded Funds (ETF)
- Experience in Cayman Fund / MPF & ORSO Funds / Private Equity Funds’ operation will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership and management skills and business acumen
