Responsibilities
- Deliver quality client support service to institutional investors through the global client communication platform
- Establish and produce client communication documents as well as fund reports in an accurately and timely manner
- Work closely with internal partners such as Product, Investment Specialist, Marketing and Client Services to create and maintain client documents
- Ensure smooth production support workflow and productions requests handled in a timely manner
- Proactively contribute ideas, research and recommend continuous production improvement opportunities
- Handle queries from client and internal teams in a professional manner
- Assist in any global projects/initiative where necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance or Business Administration with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure in Client and Fund Reporting processes in asset management field an advantage
- Familiarity with fund/segregated mandate operations and different asset classes
- Good organization skills, detail oriented and work under pressure with tight deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, interpersonal and presentation skills
