Job Description
Job duties:
- Report exceptions and complaint cases to the Head and follow up rectification
- Check and approve the daily processing on loan booking, payment and maintenance for the loan products handled by the Sections
- Review account reconciliation and ensure timely rectification on exceptions
- Review and refine operation procedures and workflow for control and streamlining purposes
- Update operation manual current and ensure strict compliance
- Supervise subordinates to act according to guidelines and procedures
- Train and coach subordinates for the future development of the division
- Provide quality services to both internal and external customers
- Act as back-up staff for cross team section heads
- Handle cross-sectional, departmental, bank-wide work process and projects.
- Coordinate and participate in special system related projects
Job requirements:
- University graduate major in Banking or Finance or related disciplines
- Over 8 years banking experience in loans operations / credit administration, in which, over 3 years at supervisory level; experience in project management
- Good knowledge in banking products and basic accounting principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
