Job Description
Job duties:
- Perform settlement functions including investor subscription and redemption, dividend distribution as well
- Responsible for client account opening and conduct Know Your Client (KYC) and AML checking
- Perform order processing and data input and product master update
- Support the in-house system enhancement and improvement
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Job requirements:
- Diploma in business related disciplines or above with minimum 1 year’s working experience in banking or financial services industry
- Understand bank / fund operations is preferable
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
