Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee management of the trust administration team for effective delivery of private trust services
- Maintain client relationships and conduct regular review and workflow streamline to cope with client’s trust needs
- Review trust legal documents and ensure proper compliance
- Provide routine operational support to frontline sales teams
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners
Requirements
- Degree holder with professional qualifications such as TEP, CPA or ACIS
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in private trust administration with supervisory exposure
- Sound familiarity with trust set-up and trust compliance
- Good team player with strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
