Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategic business plans for retail banking customers to improve customer experience
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders on business development initiatives to deepen personal/SME customers penetration through product enhancement or marketing channels
- Conduct market intelligence to formulate sales and customer segmentation strategies
- Contribute analytical views on sales and product performance for strategic business development and growth
Requirements
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience with exposure in customer segmentation, marketing or product management preferred
- Good familiarity with SAS and other statistics analytical tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Putonghua
