Job Description
Job duties:
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Provide quality customer services to bank clients
- Responsible for handling counter transactions
- Assist back office duties.
- Promote Retail Banking products to bank customers if necessary
Job requirements:
- Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with 2 years’ counter services experience
- Excellent customer servicing skills
- Assist in promoting and cross-selling banking products
- Good customer service and communication skills
