Job Description
Job duties:
- Responsible for customer behavioral analysis and evaluation, channels analysis, development and maintenance of propensity models for cross-selling and retention, marketing campaign management in Retail Banking
- Lead a team for the business units in retail banking and to compile MIS business tracking reports
- Guide the team members to work closely with business and channel teams on campaign management including campaign design and evaluation etc.
- Identity business opportunities by performing the in-depth analysis for increasing the customer value through improved targeting and customer experience among various channels
Job requirements:
- University graduates major in statistics, quantitative analysis, computer science or related disciplines
- Over 2 years’ experience in analytics of retail banking
- Experience in analytical skills, campaign management and MIS reports
- Knowledge in SAS programming or related tools
- Good communication and leadership skills
