Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee system development projects in support of the bank’s digital strategies in internet and mobile channels
- Monitor project life cycle including preparation of user requirements and project plan, collaborate with internal and external partners for UAT, training and production support, etc
- Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables and support project execution by tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines throughout the project
- Provide status update and resolve production problems
- Manage project schedule, capacity planning, cost control and vendor relationships
- Oversee end to end project management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
- Over 10 years’ banking experience in project management/core banking implementation/digital banking
- Familiarity with design and developing web applications or mobile applications
- Proficiency in common web frameworks and technologies
- Good problem solver with strong analytical and skill and demonstrate ability to structure and prioritize issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
