Job Description
Job duties:
- Work with Retail and Wealth Management Division, frontline sales & marketing staff as an investment specialist in bank
- Formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions and generating extra investment fee income
- Boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
- Provide sales support, training and coaching to frontline sales staff on selling wealth management and investment products
- Train frontline staff in understanding and meeting the needs of customers with an understanding on the update regulatory & compliance requirements
- Work closely with Branch Management on providing feedback of individual sales staff’s sales performance and targets on investment products
Job requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 4 years of experience in banking field
- Sound technical knowledge of asset allocation & investment products including equities, unit trust, bonds and treasury products, etc.
- Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
