Job Description
Job duties:
- Maintain good relationship with valued customers and intermediaries;
- Responsible for handle customer inquiries with private trust business knowledge;
- Assist our private trust business development with well customer services and good communication on our potential clients;
- Perform Know-Your-Customer process of the new customers in account opening
- Handle marketing documents, presentation and promotion materials;
- Coordinate and participate in ad hoc projects in relations to marketing and coordination with Head Office.
Job requirements:
- Degree holder of Business or relevant disciplines. e.g. Accounting / Finance etc.
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in private trust business industry or banking or financial services sector;
- Business development and/ or customer service experience is preferred
- Good business senses, good communication and organization skills as well
Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Senior Officer”
