Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data analytics initiatives to identify business development opportunities for Personal & SME customers
- Conduct market intelligence and customer behavior analysis to support segment and product strategy formulation
- Use of business analytics and campaign management to enhance competitiveness of retail banking products
- Implement continuous continuous data mining to develop effective tracking mechanism to improve key business drivers
- Coordinate with sales channels and relevant stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 6 years’ experience in business analytics, preferably under SME or Retail Banking franchise in a banking environment
- Proficient in statistical tools with SAS programming knowledge
- Skilled in data analysis to draw insights
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
