Job Description
Job duties:
- Support and coach branch sales staff to meet their investment targets
- Assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products and prepare presentation materials to customers
- Participate in joint calls with frontline staff to act as investment product specialist
- Boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
- Formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions and meet overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
Job requirements:
- University graduates or equivalent
- Over 4 years’ banking experience; prior experience as an Investment Consultant will be a definite advantage
- Sound technical knowledge of asset allocation & investment products in bank including equities, unit trust, bonds and treasury products, etc.
- Pass in the HKSI Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good understanding of relevant selling procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
