Job Description
Job duties:
- Take initiatives on new products development in the division
- Meet preset business budgets for related products, including SME, secured and mortgage lending
- Plan and formulate effective marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives and business growth
- Coordinate different internal channels and gather comments on the development of marketing programs
- Execute marketing programs and action plans
- Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures, improve sales process and suggest improvements
- Find solutions for the problems in sales activities and related operation
Job requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 5 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
- Experience in business strategy formulation
- Participation in product development is an advantage
