Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide MPF business and customer service support to Commercial/SME clients referred by frontline sales teams
- Handle MPF enquiries from sales teams and customers
- Assist sales teams in ensuring sales compliance in MPF regulated activities and provide training to the sales staff
- Handle procedural update and compliance reporting
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- University degree and MPF license holder with SFC Type 1 and 4
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ sales and marketing experience in MPF/ORSO
- Good MPF product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
