Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational compliance , procedural and process enhancement on retail banking business
- Ensure business and operational processes are in full compliance with regulatory and operational risk controls standards
- Develop procedure manuals, review business and operational processes and recommend improvement alternatives to promote process efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform regular review of end-to-end processes and identify areas for enhancement to ensure smooth running of the retail banking centers
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for effective and efficient delivery of operational projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years’ retail banking experience in procedure formulation, process enhancement or project management, preferably with control and compliance related exposure ;
- Sound familiarity with branch operation management and compliance control
- Good leadership, people management and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
