Responsibilities
• Develop strategic business plans to enhance competitiveness of the retail banking business and achieve business objectives
• Identify market niche through data-mining and effective business analytics
• Conduct market intelligence to formulate sales and customer segmentation strategies
• Contribute analytical views on sales and product performance, product profitability etc for strategic business development and growth
Requirements
• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ banking experience with supervisory skills and exposure in customer segmentation, marketing or product management preferred
• Sales experience in retail banking and familiar with banking products and operations/services enhancement will be an advantage;
• Sound familiarity with SAS and other statistics analytical tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
