- Responsible for Sushi production and monitoring deliver to clients
- Liaise with Japan suppliers, maintenance of food quality and time management on storage, operation control
- Perform good service as per clients’ request on different season menu, good “Omakase” (お任せ) mindset of menu
- Reasonable Food Cost Control comply with safety procedures
Job Requirement:
- At less 7 years’ relevant experience at hotel restaurant (Japanese Food category)
- Must be on Sushi expertise field, cook and decoration
- Self-motivated, and good sense of menu at different seasons, sourcing experience in Japan market is definitely advantage
- Japanese Speaker is much welcome
