Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in corporate credit card operations and promotion/business development
- Prepare new credit application for both corporate card and purchasing card facility in a timely manner
- Provide sales support in exploring potential card business opportunities from existing commercial clients and sales pitch of new clients
- Maintain close relationship with Card Associations to keep abreast of current plastic market conditions and to maintain competitiveness
- Work closely with internal parties to smooth out operating workflow
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and draw insights from portfolio trend analysis
- Support account maintenance request and timely completion of account annual review
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ related experience in credit card operations/marketing or commercial lending
- Knowledge of Corporate Card product and commercial lending principles
- Ability to identify business opportunities and assess customers’ needs for exploring businesses
- Strong analytical skill and credit sense in analysing relevant data from clients’ portfolio and market
- Strong interpersonal skill in establishing and maintaining relationship with customers
