Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch restaurant including hall, kitchen and drink bar
  • In charge of deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
  • Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
  • Monitoring on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
  • Inventory level inspection, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stock take regularly
  • Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
  • Implement branding and marketing promotions
  • Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years solid supervisory experience in operations management in hospitality industry
  • Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end/fine dining establishment
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
