Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in expense settlement and accounting entries processing
  • Evaluate all the expense payment requests supported by valid invoices
  • Process staff reimbursement and handle general enquiries
  • Documents filing ,scanning and reporting
  • Provide support in access card issuance
  • Provide clerical and other administrative support

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above with 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledge in expenses/accounting an advantage
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
