Job Description
Job duties:
- Maintain customer loyalty and to drive their continuous engagement with the credit card business
- Develop effective strategies, innovative and actionable card usage plans and programs which align with management directions and are beneficial to credit card business growth
- Analyze internal data and exam external lifestyle trends and card usage habitto create a competitive edge for the program
- Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segments, stimulate users for the card utilization and increase active ratio
- Execute marketing programs and coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure smooth implementation of strategic marketing programs and product initiatives
- Manage sales volume and the cost, achieve business targets with a reasonable budget
- Monitor program progress, effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvements
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 3 years’ experience in marketing or digital product management of retail banking or credit card products
- Experience in managing partners relationship, external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Good team player and detail-oriented
