Job Description
Job duties:
- Work closely with and assist the Head of Digital Banking and Business Development to explore, identify and engage startup or FinTech solutions for customer acquisition and relationship deepening according to business needs
- Take initiative to explore and stay highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models
- Lead team members to initiate and consistently optimize internal/external digital marketing promotions to achieve channel acquisition and engagement targets
- Responsible for digital and social media channel acquisition, marketing and on-boarding strategy and journey for different banking products
- Engage with businesses to understand and translate business objectives into marketing ideas, concepts, segmentation and campaign frameworks
- Initiate and coordinate discussions and implementations related parties to test and validate new ideas
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing in banking or wealth management industries, or relevant experience in related consultancy for banking or wealth management clients.
- Solid experience in digital media and acquisition preferred
- Good business knowledge in FinTech, e-commerce, digital marketing and related strategies in banking and wealth management products and segments
- Innovative, positive and capable of multi-tasking
Candidates with less experience may be considered as “Manager”
