- Supervise the daily operation of the Housekeeping, maintain operation flow via accurate communication
- Ensure the standards of cleanliness and tidy of all guestrooms, hotel common areas , educate staffs to process according to hotel guidelines
- Re-check all relevant reports , cost control of department and ensure quality services at the same time
- Quick and positive communication with Front office in order to response request from guests
- Review staffs performance and evaluate all improvement of services, counseling and education
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills with good communication
