Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level of customer service for customers on product & service enquiries via service hotline
- Execute all customer service tasks in call centre operation with great level of quality, accuracy and productivity
- Handle customer complaints with a high sense of urgency
- Respond to all inbound calls, clients and service partners with the professional service standard
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or other related disciplines
- 1 – 2 years or above working experience in MNC within a call centre environment with Road Side Assistance or Travel Assistance would be an advantage
- Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Strong teamwork, time management and communication skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Skillful with case reporting applications in call centre
