Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level of customer service for customers on product & service enquiries via service hotline
  • Execute all customer service tasks in call centre operation with great level of quality, accuracy and productivity
  • Handle customer complaints with a high sense of urgency
  • Respond to all inbound calls, clients and service partners with the professional service standard

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or other related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years or above working experience in MNC within a call centre environment with Road Side Assistance or Travel Assistance would be an advantage
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Strong teamwork, time management and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Skillful with case reporting applications in call centre
