Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage administration duties like food purchasing, personnel, housekeeping, security and others administration of chain restaurants
- Monitor working procedures are in compliance with local regulatory as well as food safety and brand product quality
- Communication with Japan Headquarter other internal parties
- Achievement of sales performance and budget meeting
- Research and collect clients’ expectation and comment for further business planning in coming
- Training programs for restaurant staffs, new menu update and presentation
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 6 years relevant restaurant administration experience F & B is must
- Team leadership, well organized and good time management
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese is an advantage but not a must
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
