Job Description
Job duties:
- Grow retail sales and revenue for credit card products
- Develop effective strategies, innovative and actionable card usage plans and programs which align with management directions and are beneficial to credit card business growth
- Execute marketing programs and coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth implementation of strategic marketing programs and initiatives
- Manage sales volume and the cost, achieve business target with a reasonable budget
- Maintain relationship with existing business partners and explore new partnership to benefit the building of card usage habit of existing cardholders
- Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segment, stimulate users for the card utilization and increase active ratio
- Manage the reward programs and reward costs to balance and control profitability
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 3 years’ experience in marketing or product management of retail banking or credit card products
- Experience in managing partners relationship and external vendors
- Good team player and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
