Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer service through efficient counter transactions
- Grasp opportunities to cross sell bank products and services that meet customers’ requirements
- Ensure transactions executed in accordance with bank’s policies and compliance requirements
- Support back-end branch operations
Requirements:
- Secondary education with customer servicing or bank counter servicing experience an advantage
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen learner with positive attitude
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
