Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in new product development, acquisition, balance increase and segment strategies with strong customer and service orientation
- Provide support to execute and monitor performance of marketing campaigns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide support to develop online and offline marketing communication materials, working closely with internal and external parties
- Monitor competitor activities on regular basis
- Assist in reviewing, fine-tuning product features and process streamlining to ensure product competitiveness
- Assist in analyzing customer segments to maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Liaise and provide briefing and training to various sales channels to ensure delivery of targets
- Assess and incorporate latest regulatory and compliance requirements in campaign execution
- Provide day-to-day support and liaise with external vendors in operational, campaign fulfillment, premium sourcing
- Assist in tracking marketing expenses against budget and provide regular update
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Possess at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in banking ideally in retail banking marketing
- A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
- Able to work independently and under pressure in face of tight deadlines
- Analytical with good numeric sense
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
