Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer post investment transaction monitoring including documents checking and voice log checking
- Prepare the figures for investment products monthly on-going monitoring report and supporting the annual review of the investment products
- Implement the latest regulations development on banking/investment activities including procedures and documents write-up/revision
- Perform periodic review on department procedures and guidelines
- Provide guidance to PBD staff on the new and existing regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Lead PBD projects excluding the involvement on system/small applications development/enhancement
- Participate in product type development, operations projects in the parts related to procedures and documents write-up/revision
- Staff training on new products, services, policies, procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- A degree holder
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- Good PC application knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong analytical mind
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
