Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform system support, maintain and develop Company’s application systems
- Assist to install software and fixed ad-hoc technical problems
- Perform other administrative and emergency support when required by superior
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in computer science or related discipline
- At least 2 years IT technical support experience is preferred, FRESH GRADUATE will also be considered
- Perform user and network support, experience in hardware and software installation
- Strong troubleshooting skill
- Good knowledge of MS applications
- Familiarize with VB and MS ACCESS
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Patient, good problem diagnosis and solving skills
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can work independently under limited supervision
- Immediate available is preferable
