Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all insurance services products including partnership management, product development and ongoing product maintenance
- Formulate marketing strategies and execute product and marketing programs
- Lead the team to develop business plans to drive insurance services and relevant products and services to meet business targets
- Lead the team to ensure effective product management including product due diligence, product provider selection and ongoing review
- Work with branches, sales and other teams & departments to develop integrated distribution initiatives to expand the business portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and work with internal and external business partners to manage insurance product selection, expand penetration to existing customer base, and acquire new customers
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or Marketing or related disciplines; with relevant professional qualification is an advantage
- Min 8 years of marketing, product development exp. in insurance field, preferably with bancassurance exposure
- Exp. in managing insurance services products and distributing through multi-channels
- Aggressive, result oriented and strong business sense
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
