Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the existing corporate portfolio in Travel Insurance & Assistance and Extended Warranty Protection business;
- Develop strategic business plans and drive the implementation of sales and growth strategies with brokers, partners, distributors and intermediaries;
- Manage pipeline of new sales leads & renew business prospect;
- Deliver upsell and cross selling opportunities from new enquiries and existing portfolio;
- Develop new sales channels and maintain strategic relationships with partners;
- Oversee the negotiation & conclusion of contracts with key partners to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct market analysis to position the Company’s business in Travel & Assistance and adjust business development strategies;
- Develop new product or services initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Management or Marketing related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in Marketing or Sales role;
- Prior experience in insurance or travel industry-related business development role is highly desirable;
- Business acumen with strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
