For a sponsor who is a Hong Kong permanent resident or a resident who is not subject to a limit of stay, he/she can apply for his/her spouse, unmarried dependent children under the age of 18 and parent aged 60 or above to join him/her for residence in Hong Kong or;

For a sponsor who has been admitted into Hong Kong to take up employment or study or who is permitted to remain in Hong Kong as a capital investor, he/she can apply for his/her spouse and unmarried dependent children under the age of 18 to join him/her for residence in Hong Kong.

Eligibility Information

• Proof of genuine relationship between the sponsor and applicant;
• Sponsor must demonstrate that he/she can substantially support the applicant and provide suitable accommodation during their stay in Hong Kong
• No known record detrimental to the applicant.

Remarks
